feat: add favicon (SVG shopping-bag logo + ICO fallback)

Orange #FF5500 rounded-square with shopping-bag icon matching the
sidebar logo. Includes SVG (modern), ICO (16+32px, legacy), and
apple-touch-icon PNG.
